Warranty

Alpha Suspension carries a 5 Year warranty on parts and workmanship including the swing arm bushes. This excludes consumable parts such as brake pads/shoes. *You will need to register your warranty with us.

To do this please go to www.alphasuspensions.com.au or please call or email Alpha Suspensions at info@alphasuspensions-site.etraffic.au and we will register your suspensions for you. Please note the Warranty is non-transferable.

When applying for any warranty claim, you must provide Alpha Suspensions with the up-to-date service history of the caravan/trailer that has been completed by an accredited caravan/trailer service centre, as per the attached service schedule. If this service schedule has not been fulfilled, Alpha Suspensions reserves the right to void the warranty of the caravan/trailer suspension.
